Zac Zetterberg uses his curiosity in biology, the mysterious, and humanity’s relationship with the natural world to create paintings that intrigue. Zetterberg uses scale to emphasize this effect. His small paintings have elements reminiscent of scientific instrumentation but the work is organic abstraction at its core.
